My kind of mower….
Mowing-
Cut your mowing time in half by simplifying the design of your lawn. Avoid any awkward corners and fussy shapes by converting them to sweeping curves that are easy to cut without stopping and starting. Also remove any obstacles such as over hanging shrubs and specimen trees that will slow you down as you mow. If you have several specimens in a lawn, link them together in a single island bed.

Step by step replacing ‘weed areas’ that must be mowed frequently, with either permaculture beds OR sowing with drought resistant grass that puts more energy into it’s roots than growing tall – in hopes that someday, I no longer even need to mow! LOL Thanks for the reminders as I shape the beds for this year’s permaculture projects! 🙂
Good advice but I really like the mower which would make it fun. 🙂
I know this makes sense but when I designed our current garden I made it really hard to cut the grass paths and lawns. I should have known better!
