Gorgeous – when I saw the scale of the planting I though – that can only be the Eden Project – wouldn’t it be amazing to have a veggie garden like that?
How do you weed in such polyculture so densly planted ?
Hi- I think the answer lies in your question- the density of the planting makes it difficult for weeds to grow- of course earlier on there’s more space between things to weed. However, I can imagine that a few people get in between rows and hand weed on a regular basis too! 🙂
