If you had a ‘love’ button, I would have hit that first. 🙂 Absolutely gorgeous, but please tell me your secret to pruning that amazing short hedge which I assume is boxwood.

Thanks for the comments- no secret as far as the box hedging is concerned; grown from cuttings several years ago, planted out and trimmed with shears once a year in June. I also have some topiary which I trim at the same time, using hand shears- have fed these shapes a bit this year. I will post some more pictures in the next week or two as other plants stat to do their stuff- e.g. some rather nice Sunflowers called ‘Teddy bear’!
